Terms of Service — Your Voice Network
By creating an account you agree to the following terms.
1. Your Identity
Your Voice uses a cryptographic identity system. Your private key is generated on your device and never sent to our servers. You are responsible for keeping your 12-word seed phrase and PIN safe. Lost credentials cannot be recovered by Your Voice.
2. Content
You retain ownership of content you post. By posting you grant Your Voice a license to display it on the platform. You may not post illegal content, CSAM, harassment, or content that violates our Community Guidelines.
3. Safety
Your Voice uses automated safety systems including PhotoDNA and hash-matching to detect illegal content. Violations are reported to NCMEC as required by law.
4. Privacy
Your Voice collects zero personally identifiable information. Your account is identified only by a cryptographic public key. Feed data is stored in Iceland under GDPR jurisdiction.
5. Termination
Your Voice may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time.
6. Liability
Your Voice is provided as-is. We are not liable for content posted by users or for any damages arising from use of the platform.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.
